Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using vividlyn.store (the "Site") or purchasing any products from Vividly ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products and Services

Vividly sells digital products, including but not limited to PDF guides, spreadsheets, audio files, and video content (collectively, "Products").

All Products are delivered electronically via email download links, cloud storage links, or membership area access. No physical products will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased Product(s).

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and within our Products — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Vividly or its content creators and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

            Your License: When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
            Share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the Product in whole or in part
Use the Product for commercial purposes without written permission
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Product
Transfer your license to another person

        

Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD ($) for US/Canada customers and NGN (₦) for Nigerian customers, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, or Flutterwave). We do not store your credit card information.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. However, the price in effect at the time of your purchase will be honoured.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

            IMPORTANT: The Products sold on this Site, including The Family ATM Shutdown, are educational and informational resources only. They provide boundary strategies, communication scripts, and budgeting frameworks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vividly and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the Site or Products
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria/Ibadan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a Nigerian resident, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If you are a US or Canadian resident, these Terms are governed by the laws of Halifax/Nova Scotia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ibadan/Nigeria in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Products immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Products will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
